In this intimate, 10-person experience, you’ll have the space to ask anything about the mind, mental patterns, overthinking, anxiety, and the path to inner peace.

But this isn’t just a Q&A session—this is a shift.

🌀 What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a short, real story about why I created this space—how I learned to stop chasing answers and start listening to stillness.

Then I’ll guide you through a gentle opening meditation to ground you, open your awareness, and invite you to feel what’s really alive within you—without needing to fix or change it.

From there, I’ll answer 3–4 of the most common questions I receive about the mind and overthinking, such as:

  • “How do I stop overthinking everything all the time?”

  • “Why does my mind spiral even when nothing’s wrong?”

  • “How can I be more present and out of my head?”

  • “How can I stop trying to control everything and just feel peace?”

After that, the space opens into a live Q&A where you can ask anything.This is your chance to bring your real thoughts, struggles, and questions—and get grounded, honest guidance.

Even if you don’t ask a question, I encourage you to stay.

Because someone else may ask exactly what you didn’t know you needed to hear.
